Remember: All tickets filed are to be sent to KLAdvertiser@hotmail.com.

All tickets will be answered within 5 days of filing.

Do not send the same ticket over and over again.

Clone tickets will be deleted instantly (ALL OF THEM)

If you do not get a response, the problem/issue is taken care of.

The GM you requested will contact you in-game with his/her <GM> Prefix on.
